On-Site Consulting
Comprehensive Practice Analysis
This “roll up your sleeves” consulting service is designed for advisors seeking an in-depth, on-site analysis of their practice. Every team member will be involved in a dynamic process that includes ongoing teleconference follow-up for up to a one-year period.
Specialized Consultation
Advisors desiring on-site assessment receive “high intensity” consultation which focuses on specific areas of concentration and includes follow-up teleconferences.
- On-Site Consulting packages begin at a half-day while the most comprehensive service starts at 2 ½ days
- Participants will complete a comprehensive self-assessment from which a starting point will be identified and ongoing direction will be jointly determined by the advisor and the consultant
- Calls are 60 minutes in duration to maximize advisors’ ability to generate revenue and to ensure that advisors and their teams have time to implement the actions identified
- An Implementation Plan will be jointly created at the end of each call and will create the framework for accountability to growth
- Participants will have access to an array of tools and resources
Telephone Consulting
Advisors receive “just-in-time” advice and coaching on their specific practice management challenges with this flexible teleconference service. A practice may begin with this option, or it may be utilized as ongoing support after the completion of an On-Site Consulting service.
- Participants will complete pre-work (if needed for a new service)
- Advisor(s) and the consultant will jointly identify a starting point
- Call frequency is jointly determined by the advisor(s) and the consultant
- Calls are 60 minutes in duration to maximize advisors’ ability to generate revenue and to ensure that advisors and their teams have time to implement the actions identified
- An Implementation Plan will be jointly created at the end of each call and will create the framework for accountability to growth
- Participants will have access to an array of tools and resources
